Received the tablet in 1 week time and used it for 1 day not even 1 day actually and it was already not functioning properly (dead pixels on the screen and no volume .Emailed them many times and promised that replacement will be coming out UK to avoid duty tax.(paid already 26 euro when received the tablet)While the web site says free shipment and duty tax.Replacement was received after a few days(paid again 24 euro this time) but it was shipped from HK and not from UK.They lied to me so i have to pay the duty tax and not them.Cathy says that there is nobody in the UK to ship the replacement because everybody in the UK is on business trip.Ebellking will do everything to avoid service to customers.The so called name Cathy even promised that they will transfer the duty tax refund to me through my paypal account.But until now they don't response to my emails and keep on ignoring my claim.So I advice to every one not to buy products to Ebellking .Don't waste your hard earn money.What comes around goes around
