WRONG ORDER MORE THEN ONCE

For years i was ordering the 6 piece kit then i was offered the supreme surprise from that time forward my order are often wrong (received wrong products, not sure what prise is the next order, all of the sudden i only received 5 piece kit no supreme surprise then a different amount price with the supreme surprise too often the surprise items are from the advanced or the same items each order.  I tried calling and was refer to the email there are no longer receiving phone call.  Pls. Get back to me and let me know what is happening with my order or i will have to cancel future orders.  Thank you for your time
