Dear Sir,

We recently purchased an England sofa sleeper from Ernie’s in Ceresco, Nebraska.  

I am so pleased with the design and fabric that we chose for the sleeper.  But, unlike any other England/Lazyboy furniture we have purchased in the past, this sleeper has some issues.  Whenever someone sits on the sleeper, it groans and squeaks.  The three cushions have a hard time staying in place and are usually sticking out.  

It may be our mistake that we chose the sleeper without sitting on it, since in the showroom it was open so we could see the air mattress that it was furnished with.

Is there anything that can be done to remediate these issues? We paid $1100 for this sleeper and I am not at all satisfied with the quality of this England/Lazyboy product.
