Unwanted calls for a year

Automated calls.  Person on the phone has an Indian accent.  Says that the address is at Card services 57 commerce drive Atlanta Georgia 64642. Says they can be reached at Card services Atlanta Georgia 800 847 2911.  I said I want to know who they are so that they can stop calling.  Me.  He said: "I don't want to hurt you maam."   I said: I have been getting calls for a year, and it's enough.  He said he didn't know how to remove my phone number.  I said that he needed to really try to do so.  He said that he did.  I said: "I know you have not done anything yet.  Please be sure that you actually do remove my number."
