unable to use store credit

I had to send back KEENS shoes that did not have the roomy toe box I buy them for. I was given store credit (minus the $40 shipping). I have tried to place an order using this credit 3 times. The pages to put in an order have either told me once I already had an order in the works- a computer error on their part, twice they told me my coupon code to use my store credit "cannot be found". I call the customer service number and have yet to ever get a human on the line. They called back ONCE (giving me a different coupon code that still would not work), not when I could take the call of course. They don't answer email, they don't call back. They owe me $206 and I cannot use it. Possibly they don't support Safari Browsers, but I wouldn't know since they never get back to me.
This site is only good if you never have any customer service issue. Otherwise they are horrible and I will never buy anything from them again.
