The Phone Model opted by me was of Wireless ie even the handset was wireless.
However since the day I got(in year 2005) the connection there was no network in 90% of my Flat on 24th Floor & for the past Six month it rose to 95% area in flat.Same was confirmed by engineer of the company RIL who visited the venue.
Several complaints were made to Customer care but was assured of installation of Transmission tower in Goregaon (E)area which should solve the problem as this is the problem with High rise Tower of the entire locality (This may be true as the phone works excellently once Out of the building) & was equested to bear with.
However even after Two years no effort was made to solve the problem & it was inevitable to surrender the Phone which, I did.
In View of the above I request the RIL to return the following immediately.
1)Installation Charge Rs2000 (As defective installation)
2)Deposit Rs 1000
3)Rental charges from the date the connection was made.(For deficency in service)
