I got a phone call from this person who named himself Kevin Matthews, and told me he represent easyloan.com and suing me coz i am late of payment, which bs coz i check my bank statement and didn't see money from them. He's action are so out of line coz he told my cousin,'I'm going to [***] u over the courthouse' and hes laughing at us, told me goodluck then. As of now I am just waiting for the papers they said they going to sent me,with my case no. on it,this and that. here's the no. he used 530-776-5914 and he said their address is 328 Greenpark Ave. LA California 90045. This person doesn't sound professional at all. I asked about the company they represent the no. and everything so i can verify this and this Kevin said he can't give any of that info. Such a scam!

They are a bunch of criminal con artists running a phony "debt collector" extortion racket. There are indications they may be calling from overseas, possibly India or Pakistan, as "thick accents" have commonly been reported.
As you know, you didn't take out a payday loan, and you don't owe these thugs anything. Even if you owed some debt, you wouldn't owe it to these thugs. They cannot "sue" you, and they cannot "arrest" you.
"328 Greenpark Ave. LA California 90045."
Probably just an address they made up, or found on the internet.
Their BBB reports show 3 addresses, all bogus, two of which are county courts in California, so they are trying to sound like they are "attorneys", or "court employees", etc.
If they can't con you on the phone, they aren't going to do it by mail, so they don't need no stinkin addresses.

Note that they use various names, but generally try to pull the same scam.
They are a bunch of liars, so report them to your Attorney General, and just hang up on them.
Or tell them you are recording them, and let them talk all they want. Maybe they need their scam recorded for all posterity, maybe on YouTube.
