B R INTERVIEWING  keeps calling my home almost every day, weekends, weedays, nights.  I guess it doesn't matter that the # they keep calling is on a DO NOT CALL LIST!  609-279-0220 = BR INTERVIEWING  (idiots)

Same thing here.  They call once or twice a day.  I visited a job website a week ago and started filling out the app.  Hit "continue" - the next page, they want to know if I'm interested in a home business.  "No" and "continue" - next page, same thing.  You couldn't go on with the application process unless you said "yes."  I'm guessing that's where they got my number because the calls started the next morning.  I think I'm just going to pick the phone up and blow a whistle or something.  Maybe they'll get the hint.  Wish I could remember what website I was on so I could complain.

Its most probably calling for a certain politician...a robo call with a real live robot...IF they have a real person calling, you don't need to waste time with them, unless you are for the person they are calling about...

I found out that B R Interviewing is a survey company and that survey companies are not bound by the same laws that keeps a Telemarketing company from calling our homes. When a survey company calls your home, Don't just hang up the phone or do something silly. I and several others have had this problem and had it continously until we figured out a simple solution. All you have to do is say "Please DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER EVER AGAIN" and their system will delete your number as a do not call back number. Any time you just hang up the phone without vocalizing that phrase or something similiar to it your number will be repeatedly put back into their system as a number to call back again. Use your voice that what you have it for, don't let them turn you into an ill mannered, disrespectful, idiot that does or says something foul to another person that is only trying to make a living and do their job.

Asking to be removed from their BR Interviewing phone list does not work.....at least for me....it only caused them to call back twice in a period of 10 minutes.  These scammers are high on the harassment factor.

One technique by survey companies to get around unlisted numbers is "random digit dialing."  After the appropriate area code and perhaps prefix, the computer inserts random numbers and dials the number.  If a live connection is made, the computer saves the number for a human to call.  If you get calls without someone at the other end, a computer has discovered your number leads to a live phone.

No because even if you have unlisted number when you call other people your number will show. It's a ripoff by phone company taking money to be unlisted yet it shows on caller ID. This company has been calling me me forever last night three times 8:00 pm til 8:22. I've got my phone set for answer machine to pick up after two rings they hang up!

We have an unlisted phone number AND we're on the DO NOT CALL List. Sent a message on the BR Interviewing website asking to have our number remove from the calling list. Supposedly, it will happen in 3 days. Hope so!

They ignore the do not call list, their operators are rude and hang up when you ask them anything.  I found their parent company who hires their telemarketers, so go ahead and bombard the [***] out of them and see how they like it.

Thank goodness you gave the contact information to this harassing rude "survey" company.  I called the number and a female answered, said she would place my number on the do not call list, and check this, she did apologize, but said she could see who has called my number and hung up on me and who refused to remove my number from their list.  I said there will be several employees of theirs who have done this.  One Sunday morning they called 3 times in less than 2 hours!  Let's hope she keeps her word!

The contact name(s) for the site above would be the Manager Vickie Phillips or Bekki Reed HR Manager. Phyllis is not at this site but she is the person that would be able to do something, contact her at the New Jersey facility. Also, braun research has a toll free # and they are happy to take any complaints at this toll free # 877-274-1600. Let it ring...the management has to run to catch your call at this #! Ha!

hey " hadenough" you obviosuly have worked for company as you seem to know "everything" about it... The management runs to the phone??? Really where  are getting your information? Perhaps you have worked there and left on bad terms? Most likely you were fired, and with an ignorant mind like yours you are most likley flippin burgers.

How many times to idiots keep this complain up? A 30-second search on Wikipedia turns up the fact that research companies are exacmplt from state or federal DNC laws. Acting pissy or like BRI did something illegal or harassing isn't going to accomplish anything. Just tell them to put you on their company Do Not Call list.

Also, it doesn't matter if your number is unlisted. That is not how Braun or most research companies get your number. If they are calling you by name, then it means they got your name and number from public records created when you registered to vote. Otherwise it is 100% procedurally generated numbers. The area code and prefix are easy, since those are not really your personal info. They're not randomly generated but pulled from a database that puts them out based on what area the dials are being made to. The suffix, the last four digits of the phone number, are randomly generated based off  of the NANP rules. This results in interviewers actually getting a lot of numbers that are just plain not working. There is no "listing" being used. If we dialed you it was purely because the random number gods hate you. Getting an unlisted number will not stop call centers from reaching you because they're not really looking you up in any phone registry. Cell phone dialing is based on databases, but are still randomly generated, simply are used this way due to how cell phone networks work. Anyone who has worked for a research company can tell you this.

These calls are for market research aka a survey. Simply tell the interviewer who calls you to remove your number from the database and you will not longer be called, very simple.

To remove your number from all future calls go to brinterviewing.com and there is an area where you can leave your number and type a message to never call you again. This takes care of the calls! Worked for me!

The call I got was an interview regarding the upcoming healthcare exchange to go into effect in many states.  They only wanted a persons opinion (i.e. do I think the health exchange would be good, or no good, do I think it would be run efficiently by the government etc. etc.) no personal info.  It is a good chance to let them know if you are or are not for the new health exchange.

We are on the Do Not call list and would appreciate it if you would kindly remove this number (which by the way is an unlisted number) from your annoying calls.
