I've had enough of these idiots calling me, badmouthingn my Congressional Representative and insulting my intelligence with these garbage calls. What can I do to stop them?

    Congress excluded political calls from the Do Not Call List.
    Now you know why.

    How can I get these idiots to stop calling my home? Their chicken crap web site doesn't have a single contact number on it--not even on their press releases. They obviously don't want people to be able to tell them to stop these annoying phone calls. How can I sick someone on them?

    The best way to eliminate most robocalls is to ditch your land line and port your number to a cell phone.  I did this last year and it has cut down the volume about 95%, since prerecorded calls to cell phones are generally illegal (even for politicians and charities).  Unfortunately there a few organizations such as this one that do not obey the law and will continue to bother you and use up your cell phone minutes.  You can report them to the FCC and can also sue them for a minimum penalty of $500 for each proven violation.

    This organization is also violating the law when calling land lines, because they do not include a contact phone number or address in their message.  You cannot recover damages for this but they can (theoretically) be cited by the FCC.

    So your organization was finally forced to include an Opt-Out on your website? FINALLY!  REMOVE MY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY!

    * Your "machines" have been calling our home at all hours of the day AND night - which is Illegal!

    * The calls offer NO "Opt-Out" options - which is Illegal!

    * They are Pre-Recorded messages - which is Illegal!

    * They are made using Auto-Dialers - which is Illegal!

    * You are Spoofing your Caller ID Name and Number - which is also Illegal!

    * Your calls are clearly an act of Defamation, as well as - 8 U.S. Code § 241 AND 42 U.S. Code § 1985 for the Conspiracy Against Rights Law.

    Yet, you have the gall to call me to complain about our local (Louisiana) Republican Congressman Joseph Cao, who SUPPOSEDLY didn't vote for the way you wanted? Are you serious? o_O

    They have a word for people like those in your organization - Hypocrites.

    Your calls have also claimed that he SUPPOSEDLY visited and supports a Gay Nightclub? Seriously, ask me if I care. I live in New Orleans, and we have people of all walks of life, races, political parties, sexual preferences, religions, etc. I don't give a damn if he visited or supports a Gay Nightclub. The real question is; Why do you?

    Even your beloved "Savior" President has been accused of having Gay relationships with Larry Sinclair. Should I just take those claims at face value, like you did with Mr Cao?

    I guess it's OK for your Democratic organization to blatantly break the Law, but it's not OK for anyone else? The term Hypocrites definitely applies here.
