I purchased a Husky Pressure Washer from Home Depot in 2008 Model HU80722.  I used it 5 times and then when I started it I got no pressure.  A little "googling" showed multiply problems with the pump after less than 3-4 hrs use.  Home Depot and Husky are useless in making it good as it is a total unreliable product in any reasonable scenario.  Never, never purchase a Husky pressure washer as you will be disapointed. I am disapointed in Home Depot and will take my business on any appliance that has to function to Sears. THEY WILL SATISFY YOU!

Hi, I just yesterday purchased a model H2010-1 power washer from home depot and when I assembled it, I found that the outlet high pressure screw on coupling was all scared up like some one had twisted it on with pliers and its suppose to be hand tighten.
Well, I don't want something like that on a brand new piece of equipment.
The info in the manuel stated that if there is a problem do not return but go to this web site www.hdpowerwasher.com so, I did and was informed that the website is not available, now thats a heck of a note I got this power washer and no way to contact any body for service.
In the parts list there is no part# just parts list 13 High pressure hose.
Any help I can recieve in satisfying this matter is deeply appreciated.
My address is Curt Bates 17294 Deerfield Ln. Jeffersonton Virginia 22724

    Thank you, sincerly Curt.

This is the worst pressure washer I have ever owned. I use pressure washers on a weekly basis for my screen print shop. Purchased this one for home use to cle bird cages. First use, one of the wands broke, okay, have a backup included - no big deal. Second time back where hose attaches blew off, bought a tool to fix it. Third use, the handle/trigger breaks and leaks water, motor continously runs due to lack of water pressure. Bought a new trigger handle hose for 25.00 at home depot.
Next use, cheap end of wand from original machine busts in half. Cant get another nozzle?
Four uses, and now I want to put it to the curb, but I must keep it to try to get my money back from someone.
They could not give me 10 of these for free, not worth 1.00.
Disappointed in home depot offering this inferior product.
Does nobody in corporate purchasing test these items before selling to their customers.
Do not buy the weekender washer even if it goes on sale for 5.00, unless you would like it for parts (not even worth that).
Going to home depot today, someone is going to give me my money back...

I purchased model H2010-1 pressure washer in September 2011 after the hurricane in August.  I had to power wash the foundation of my home.  It worked great for the few hours we used it.  I just pulled it out to clean the siding and the darn thing started leaking water from the inside.  I cant believe it!!!  I used this piece of junk for 4 hours and now it is usless!!!  I cant believe Home Depot would sell something this awful!  I am out of luck since I purchased it so long ago!

My mom bought a Husky from Home Depot in 2008 I think and I never used it until one day I decided to pressure wash the house. After a few uses the pressure tank ruptured, it was made of plastic, go figure! So my mom took it back and got a Clean Force HD1800 and that thing died after 3 uses! The GFI on it shows power but nothing turns on. I can't believe Home Depot sells this stuff but they better take it back when I return i!

Bought this pressure washer last year and I've only used it four times and it gushes water from the inside.  I can see a part that is broken internally but I can't figure out how to break it down so I can get inside there to possibly fix.  I took it to home depot and the response "There is nothing we can do" How frustrating.  FYI this is my second pressure washer in the last year and a half from home depot and both have busted; the last one resides in the land fill and I think this one is headed there.

Whoever designed the handle should be serving at taco bell.   This thing barely snaps in , f r o the front, and when you tip it back t o r lol it the weight is all to the rear and the handle comes off.    Handle should go in from the rear to support the weight.   One side pops out and twists, broken handle!   Hope this guy got fired.  A four year old could do better

Looking thru the posts above, maybe nobody is still using the H2010, but I'll add some info anyway.  The reason for the plier marks on the plastic retention fitting is that the a previous owner did not release the pressure before trying to unscrew the retention fitting.
How do I know that?  The school of hard knocks, that's how.  As to the leaky handle, I got three years out of the machine, but this summer, the handle started pouring out water.  I disassembled it, and found that there are two plastic tubes that have to take 1600 psi.  One is before the valve, which causes the handle to leak whenever the pump is on, and the other if after the valve, which only leaks when you pull the trigger.  There is no way to repair it, and you can't buy just the plastic tube.  There's no reason to buy a replacement handle, because the same plastic parts are bound to fail again.  Bye Bye H2010, I guess I was lucky it lasted three years.

My H2010 O rings just failed, but I've gotten many good seasons of the pos.  Am looking for parts but even the mfg website fails to list it.  Guess they just want to forget this thing was ever made :(  Oh well...guess I go commercial grade next time...

My H2010 was only used two times-this being the second. The trigger gun started leaking- called the 1800 number- they said that the O ring had a defect and wears away easily. She was super nice- however, I only got two uses out of it. They do have a replacement but it would cost me $60 . That is ridiculous! Ugh :( So very disappointed
