Sudden uninformed deactivation of landline + DSL connection

Hi,
  I wish to inform you that after so much of trouble, my connection was installed and activated on 25th August, 2011(after 2 and half months of wait). My AIRTEL number is 08-41306923 and my DSL a/c number is 16637387.

  But my problems were not over.  I got a bill dated 31st August for the period of 13th August to 25th August, 2011 in which I was charged 453 rupees usage(while my connection was barely installed and activated on 25th August, 2011). Anyways, as I had paid cheque of Rs 999 favoring Bharti Airtel Limited(Cheque No: 199152 drawn on HDFC Bank, Kasturba Rd, Bangalore) which was encashed  on 11th June, I had 500 Rs of credit balance in my account.

  This was barely the start of the issue. Suddenly on 10th September, 2011 my landline + ADSL connection got deactivated due to some unknown issue. I lodged a complaint on 11th September, 2011(Service Req# 3872678 ) which is still sitting idle with customer care. I have called and complained to customer care number numerous times to no effect. Every time the customer care people are saying that it is a backend issue and will get sorted out while there has been no communication from backend/ NOC department at all. I am appalled by the pathetic service and no customer empathy of Airtel. I am not sure how long will I have to run from door to door to get minimal service from such a reputed MNC called Bharti Airtel.
