Money automatically coming out of my account; $12.99 monthly. What does this company do?

I have let this go on too long. There is a consistent pattern of $12.99 coming attached to my Visa bill and I don't know what this company is. Their phone number is 866-3851135 Ct. How can this be stopped or at least I can find out what they are charging me for. Thanks
