IT DOES "NOT" CLEAN MY CLOTHES

No matter what i do; xtra rinse, longer wash, deeper clean, hot/cold/warm-my laundry comes out just as dirty as it went in. I have even used spray and wash prior to loading. When i called the company in the past all they had to say was; "your warrantee is up"! Thank them very much. Help/sos....
