After searching through catalogs at the warehouse and online, I finally found affordable watersense toilets! Then there were hidden costs which I was not mentioned at the membership presentation. My boyfriend even found comparable and better priced toilets at Lowe's but they were American Standard models made just for Lowe's. I was told this by DB.
I strongly suggest that the 5000 membership fee is not worth it. There is NO savings. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and searched the web for a class action suit in hopes to recover at least some of my membership fees but to no avail.
Do not be burned like I was with the sales pitch and no access to previewing the pricing during the 2 weeks cancellation period. Oh, there there was a ownership turnover at the Fort Lauderdale warehouse so that ensured that I could not get my monies back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE MEMBERSHIP.
