Charge oif £99.99 to my debit card

I was not advised that this charge was due, and in any case AVG were advised in December that I was reverting to their Free Security and tune up items and did not want any other facilities from AVG, such as Driver update. Have tried to contact  DRI AVG without success, I want a Refund of that £99.99 charge immediately.
