On DO NOT CALL LIST & KEEP GETTING CALLS!!!!

I have been on the NO CALL LIST for YEARS & when they released the cell phone numbers, IMMEDIATELY put my cell number on the NO CALL list. BUT, this same company keeps calling from different numbers & when you ask for the persons name you are talking to, the hang up on you. Try to call the number back & it is "not a working number".....this is getting IRRITATING!!!!!!
How do you get them to stop calling? I even said "can I get a number to call you back, just in case we get disconnected?"...the [***] on the other end said "here's what I can do" and hung up. UGHHHH!
WHAT A WAY TO PISS A PERSON OFF!!!!!!
