I did not see anything on the website that said they would automaticly ship a supply the next month and hit my account for $74.98.  This is a complete scam to get a customer's bank account information and to bill them every month.  All this company is concerned about is receiving money from a customer on a monthly basis.  A monthly income with total disregard for truly servicing a customer.  

When did the customer lose all their rights?  What has happened to good business ethics?

This type of business suggests to any customer that the internet and internet advertising is completely false.  Due to this experience I will never accept a free sample from any company on the internet and I will also spread the word about this deception to everyone that I can.

    I too agree with Darlene, you are a scam, and there was nothing saying you had to receive and be charged for a bottle once a month. Your customer service only offered to refund 19.00 from a 37.00 bottle of melatonin. It does leave you groggy and foggy and I won't even use the free bottle. I want all my money back but shipping. Horrible business ethics.
