Almost three years ago I purchased a MAYTAG refrigrator and cooking range. The range works well but the refiigerator had to be replaced due to the freezer door was always wet. Replacement of the refrigerator the door was still geting wet they never returned to check my complaint to date, so i decided maybe I have to live with this problem and wipe the mess up every day (almost three years). I recently had another problem the ice maker would dispense ice but made ice just fine. After investigateing the problem myself I went to CONSOL, made a coustermer complaint and told them the ice maker motor was running but the orgor drive was stripped. They came to my house two days after Sat 21/04/2012 told my wife the orgor motor drive was stripped charged her $150 for service charge. Today Mon 23/04/2012 I called Consol to try to resolve this issue, the insolent pirson on the other end did not give a chance to explain my self. This refrigerator cost $17000. dollars, because I wanted good after sales service I bought this item locally. The service rep on the phone tells me they dont have any motors but he can tell me where to get one at that point I had to hang up or it would have gotten dirty.

I got fed up and when to Parts world. They said it was the tempeture switch and it is costing me a pretty penny because they have to import the part.
I again tried Consol yesterday ( 24\2\17) but this time their phone seems to be out of service.
I need to get my washer fixed asap.
