In 2009 my husband and I made a huge $ 3000.00 mistake by buying a whirlpool duet washer and dryer. I have had nothing but problems out of the washer. I have complained numerous times to whirlpools horrible and very rude and unprofessional customer service .
I am disabled and so is my husband and he cannot work on it nor can we afford any parts or a repair man. I'm at the point that I want to drive that washer to the headquarters and throw it through their window and pray it lands on Jeff fettig .
