Being charged from something I didn't order!

I also was charged 3 times now for something I did as a "TRIAL"! I am now waiting for my refund, 4 weeks later, besides the shipping charges that it cost me. I am very discouraged with PRO Active as well because a couple of years ago you could order something and you only received that months' supply now it goes on and on until you call and complain and then ship it back!!!! I believe I will call the BBB about this situation. I am a hardworking person that can not afford to have $99.00 here and $75.00 there taken from my account!!!! DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

It is a common "health product" scam to use "free trial" offers, for "just shipping and handling", to get account information and then cram on repeated charges.
You would be wise to immediately dispute the charges through your bank as fraudulent. The company may have promised a refund, but such promises are used to string you along until the 60 day dispute window has passed, after which your bank can't reverse the charges.
You have 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to dispute through your bank, under FRB Reg. E for checking accounts, or FCBA for credit cards.
