Estelle Bracelet broken on the very next day of purchase

I purchased an Estelle Bracelet for Rs 800 on 9th Feb 2013 and the hook was broken the very next day of purchase. The shop is refusing to repair or replace and is telling me contact Estelle directly. I trusted the brand and had good impression about the product before purchase and now I am shocked to have faced the loss.
