over charged and bad backup team

We know the ship - Monarch Of The Seas - is old, but the discounted package was attractive so that we decided to took this cruise line.
At the last night, We accidentally activated the fire sprinkler in our room and the water sprayed out. We have called the customer relation right the way, but it took 20 minutes to have someone come down to help, but they had to wait for another crews to come to fix the problem that total waiting time is more than one hour.
We got charged more than US$700 for the repair of the TV and the Telephone that we were told by the customer services manager. We got the bill, but it was not itemized of what has been charged, but just a lump sum. We asked the customer services manager for detailed invoice, she said this was the decision from different managers and refused to provide us the details or items of what being charged.
I wonder how the managers came out the amount which could not be itemized in my bill. I don't think the old 20" or so CRT TV and the regular office telephone costs over $700. Also, if the repair crew could come earlier, the damage would be lesser. Should they take certain responsibilities ?!
I sent them email from their web site, and got an auto reply message saying that they will reply me within 48 hours, but I have never received any messages from them since then.
