I have called to request a refund, I was told they will send out a form, also told I was a member since October 2016.That is four months of charges, that they had better refund. I will contact the better business bureau.

    Don't wait, contact your bank..

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.  Every month you wait is another month's charges you can't reverse with a bank fraud dispute.

      Cramming scams typically have lots of consumer complaints and balance on the line between getting as much money as they can get away with, and attracting too much attention from state AGs.
      If you can't recover all your money with a bank dispute and the rest refunded, contact your state Attorney General and the Minnesota Attorney General for assistance.

    I just called the BBB in Alabama today and the only registration they have for these people is "out of business". I wish you luck, sincerely.

    Look, I’m requesting that you immediately repay &24.95 which was deducted from my credit card account for a transaction as you said done on 08/14/2018 and payment made on 08/15/2018, this was unknown to my consent. I further request that you unsubscribe me from what ever or so called membership organizations of your which I’m not aware of. Pls make a refund of $24.95.
