Refund

I need a refund of the Roxio Easy CD and DVD order #31508209162 with $27.41 (including Extended Download Service Cost $5.99) purchased on 25 November 2017.  Because of duplicated payments, order # 31508209162 with $27.41 and order # 31508208762 with $28.58 on 25-Nov-2017 included Extended Download Service Csot $5.99 respectively.  My email account for Google was lost and couldn't recover correctly.  A new email of mine is "gapjaei@gmail.com".  Your assistance is greatly appreciated!!
