I received from someone saying he was senior attorney  steve hart at the law firm and was representing  advanced usa  he told me I had one hour to summit payment to him or there would be warrant for my arrest and police would be at place of work.

    Nope. You cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
    Warrants are NOT valid by email or by phone.
    Block and then delete the number and email.
