Cheaters

I availed their services for shipping my household goods from Trivandrum to guwahati. They promised me to deliver in 15-20 days max. it has been 41 days and I am still waiting for the luggage. since last 3 days they are telling that they are unloading from the container. before that the truck was stuck in outer guwahati for 5 days. before that the truck was stuck in Darjeeling. Earlier they told that the goods were accidentally sent to patna. they have hell lot of excuses. I’ll rather throw my luggage than availing their services. customer care is not responding well. I will surely do my best to punish them
