oil change

i went to your establishment on 6/29/2021 to get my oil change  now as a woman i  look at my oil  before i take my car in so my oil was dark  the next day after my oil change i check my oil and it still dark its looks like oil was just added to my car Im very disappointed because Ive been coming here for a long time but i wont be back
