Paid bill twice on time, over paid 99 dollars to sprint for apple care, sprint said no refund and to kiss my 99 dollars away,, they won't refund

they probably wont refund your money but they can give you credit for. If that does not solve your problem email sprint headquater, copy your email to your district attorney and you will see positive results..good luck
