How can a company that screws it's customers so completely still be doing business. Purchased a HUAWEI smartphone in June of this year,it is now August phone has stopped working. Tried to have it fixed not fixable,asked for new phone was told i had to pay a little over 30 dollars for replacement or they would order one for 10. if i am gonig to pay 10 for a ordered phone why couldn't they give me a phone then from the store room. WHat kinda phone cost 10 dollars and where are they ordering it from? Now i'm out of 80 plus. Why should i have to pay for their defective merchandise. I going to place a complaint with the BBB to add to the thousand other already filed shame on you METRO for threating customer loyalty this way
