Took money and I don't even know who they are

Soo I checked the balance on my checking account yesterday morning everything was normal. Then at night while at an ATM getting some cash I noticed there was about 15 dollars missing. I made a few phone calls this morning and found out it was some company I've never even heard of called identity hawk. I called them and they gave me the run around with their automated system so I just ended up having to cancel my current checking account and got a new one. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for my new card all thanks to some as%~€les!!!! Thank you Bank of America for all their help and patience.
