My ID NO 1016263541 of Tatasky is showing no signal since 26th of july 2013 . I registered a complaint on the same day @21:54 my ref no is 1-21922875465 with a message that the complaint would be attended within 24 hrs.After repeated reminders I received a message on the 30th of july 2013 that the WO is scheduled and i received a call from the technician saying he will attend the complaint on the same day.BUT till date no one has attended my problem.
Tata is such a reputed brand & I fail to understand why the after sales service is so poor, You dont rectify the problem & keep on deducting your daily charges for services not received by the consumer.
I request you to take immediate action to restore the service or I will file for refund of money charged for set top box & divert the service to a better vendor for the same.Requesting prompt action,ASAP.
