Frequent calls, hang ups and rudeness

I have been receiving calls from 509-774 6127. A machine calls day and night asking for someone by name. I am supposed to press a a key to indicate whether I am that person. The number has also hung up on me many times. I stayed on the line one time and a very rude woman called and demanded to know my name. I declined and she just got louder and more rude. She wouldn't identify herself except by her first name then demanded to know mine. She wouldn't say who she was with or why she was calling. I kept telling her to take me off her list. I finally had to hang up on her. When I Googled the number I came up with Level 3 Communications, LLC in Washington state.

Contact Level 3 and file a phone harassment complaint against the phone number.
In addition, ask them to identify the caller, who is their customer.
If they refuse to assist you in reporting abuse, file an FCC complaint against Level 3.
The number is registered to Level3communications Montauk, NY.
This time somebody called and said they were from my calling area and there is a problem with my computer and they are from Microsoft. This scam has been around for years so if anyone calls indicating that you have a computer problem just hang up.
BTW I told them I was busy and would call them back if they gave me a number 360-637-4743 which indicated the following:

I get calls at all hours of the night. Not just from Level 3 but from another MCIMetro Communications number
Told me to pay money to receive the grant. Total scam. On the .gov they say never believe that they never directly contact a person. Nor do they ask for money.
The FCC need to go after theses clown's license and then the DOJ needs to file criminal charges.
