Number Disconnection Without Intimation due to Non Usage

I Bharath B have been your customer from since 5 years . 2 Days back my Airtel No has been disconnected due to "NON USAGE" and the number has been recycled.I have validity on the prepaid SIM card till 2017 and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting him know. Right now i am in turkey and i cant use my SBI internet banking just because you have blocked the number . I had very important transactions to be done. I am really not happy with your customer care executives support . They say you should have read the terms and conditions before taking the SIM. Frankly speaking i have not read the terms and conditions i agree....... I think in that terms and conditions they would have mentioned that they will disconnect our SIM without any Intimation.
I really dont know how to proceed further . I need my number back . I hope you will take this case forward and get my number back as soon as possible.

I received message Airtel mobile daw winner with 500000 pounds. I send mail my address and bank details. No cash given me. Never cash.

I am facing the same problem which Bharath was faced. I am airtel customer from 9 years. 6 months back i came to abroad. I was not using airtel from 3 months. But i was getting messages and one time passwords. But 4 days back they have disconnected my number without any intimation.
This is very bad with this much years of loyal customer. I was using that number in so many places. So my all transactions got stuck. I am very much upset.
