mattress from the pull out sofa

I have purchased a pull out sofa form Bob's and is has been a nightmare. The bob-o-pedic bed has grown mold in it. I have called to have it replaced and after 23 hours on the phone they replace the mattress and the pullout sofa because the mattress contaminated the vinyl material on it .And after 2 weeks the new on that was just delivered grew mold again from the mattress. I call once again and I was told " this is an uncommon issue, we have never had this problem before would you like to try our air spring mattress." I said sure because I was tiered of call CS every other week. needless to say the air spring mattress is a joke also the difference of the mattress was put as "bob credit" because they refuse to give me a refund on what I had paid for the bob-o-pedic mattress. I was also put on hold for 40 min just to speak to a supervisor. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.
