Installation packaging

After saying they would be here on a certain day they never showed up and then put our account on hold for no reason. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to listen to them. Then when it finally gets installed I didn't have the programming I was supposed to get for free.( NFL package) There is also nothing they could do about that part that they screwed up either.
