product does not work,does not get any power

apon receipt plugged stero in however nothing came on called for assistance still nothing worked. was told on the 19th of march i would recieve a return label,have not recieved anything as of today 3-28-08. this is very bad business i feel that in some way i,m being cheated then tossed from one rep to another,at this point if i donot hear something soon,like by today i am parpared to contact not only the better business brauo but an attorney as well. You will also never have to worry about me ordering anything else or recommending your business to anyone in the near future.
