I received a pin number and then disconnected call thinking it might be a scam I did not receive any result since I had hung up or disconnected. I then received a charge in my cell phone for $9.99. Can you please get this deleted immediately?THIS IQ test pops up all the time. I want this charge deleted immediately as this is a scam Iam thoroughly upset with their actions. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESULT AND WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THIS WAS FREE,,,,,i disconnected before any answer...........

The test wasn't free, so their "advertisement" was deceptive. They lied, and defrauded you.
File a fraudulent cramming complaint with FTC and your state Attorney General, and notify your cell phone company that the charge is fraudulent. Follow up with your cell phone company notification IN WRITING, mailed certified to the address for disputing charges, so you have proof of timely notification.
If your cell phone company will not reverse it, file a complaint with FTC and your state Attorney General against them as well.
Several of the major cell phone companies have settled with several states Attorneys General regarding handling of cramming complaints.
