was a customer with centray link (embarq) I stopped my service on the same day a new billing cycle starts, which automatticaly generates a knew bill. This is according to Embarq. So after not paying the bill, because there really shouldnt of been one (Embarqs mistake) it was sent to RPM. When I called they were so rude and didnt want to here. I believe her words where Pay your bills! I was disgusted. I understand that people dont pay and its the same old story but companies do make mistake and RPM doesnt even consider that. I just paid the bill in full and said I would just deal with Embarq. After calling Embarq and getting it fixed I showed a credit, but was told I would have to get it from RPM. After hours of being on hold and tranfers, and dealing with rude people I eventually got my refund. Lets just see how long it takes to get it. Hey RPM PAY YOUR BILL!

If you don't get any refund from RPM, contact your state Attorney General for assistance in getting it from Embarq. If they are showing a credit, then they are ultimately liable for returning it to you, regardless of their attempt to pass it off to RPM.
