They called me on 3/30/23, saying I owed money from a PayDay Loan from EZ Loans from a fake account that I had fought in 2010, and then I was breaking the law, and they were locking up my checking accounts. They called themself Remedy Mediation, but Park Mediation was extremely small in an email they sent me. They said I owed 814 dollars but had to pay them 1800, and it went from 1800 to 1200 to 850 dollars in minutes. I called the local courthouse, and they said not to pay it and wait to see if they file a complaint.

    He calls himself David Scott. Remedymediationservises.     Or solutions.   And they are fishing on everyone

    It's happening to everyone. They are even calling family members to contact you. They called my dad and my ex husband to contact me. And now it's a woman doing it. Any emails you may get say they are from Atlanta GA but when you look anything up this is the only thing you find. So everyone be on the look out. And this woman is brutal. She will talk over you and is very determined that if you don't pay immediately you will loose everything and get a prison sentence.

      Same issue with Remedy Mediation Services. Very rude, woman's name was Makayla FLores. Yes, that is a capital letter on her official signature line in her email. Wench even called my mother and was rude and threatening. Filed complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and I strongly suggest if anyone else has had this happen to them to do the same.

    I just got a call from them with the same story, saying that I owe money for a payday loan and that if I don't pay they are going to have my bank freeze my accounts. First of all I don't think they have legal authority to do that. Second, when I asked them for additional information the woman that called me got really defensive and refused to give me more information. They are also calling my relatives. She said that they would file a civil lawsuit against me.

    They have called me multiple times now and are saying they are going to file a civil suite in my county if I don't call within the next 24hrs.
