Dish took money from my account without me authorizing them to do so. I was not the account holder for the services. I allow my brother to use my debit card and he would give me the money. Dish did not send him any notices informing him that they would charge my card for any future payments. It was only for the one payment.

Dispute the charge through your bank, since you did not authorize it. Have your bank immediately block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E.
