I don't know if this company is a scam or not.  But to be on the safe side, I cancelled both my debit card and my credit card. If I receive anything in the mail, I intend to cancel everything immediately.  As long as I produce a paper trail and send copies to all parties immediately as well as the three (3) credit reporting companies, I doubt that I will be held liable.  My suggestion to one and all is to ask as many questions as possible and write down everything they say to you.

They are a fraudulent telemarketing cramming scam, run from a call center in India, "selling" misrepresented and worthless "gas vouchers" or similar junk without complete disclosure.

There are also reports that they have 800 numbers 1 digit different from several U.S. banks, utilities, and insurance companies, and pretend they are affiliated with those companies, to rope in misdials.  They have also been reported to make threats when confronted over unauthorized charges, but they appear empty.

Block any card number or close any bank account they appear to have access to, and dispute any unauthorized charges as fraudulent.

Notifying CRAs may be excessive, unless you find some bogus account showing up on one.
