Accept a collect call from airport, were on the phone for less than 3 minutes, accept $7.95 charge, got a bill for $17.95, getting call, but you can't talk to anyone to let them know.

You can call 888-200-5521, if all reps are busy you can leave a message, or you can email us at service@qtbill.com, which is listed on your invoice. The price of $17.95 was quoted to you on a recorded message, you had to press 1 to accept the price for the service, then you had to enter some personal information to verify identity for billing and set up an account with qtbill.com
