Delayed my haircut for his friends

On 3/19/13 on checked in on line at the greenwood store at about 6:45. It said I was in line for a cut the next 18 min. I came and the guy said we were next in line. 2 guys came in 5 minutes later and the guy said these guys checked in before we did therefore we would now have to wait a half an hour . I raced out of the door to come here and now I have to wait. Is this how you treat your customers ?
