Bag stolen at New Delhi Railway Station from Train no 12430 pf no. 9

I was travelling to my native Lucknow from New Delhi Railway Station by Train No 12430 (NDLS - LKO AC Express) dated 01.04.2016. My bearth is in 2AC (A5 - 2), with PNR No. 2644907432, I just entered in to the coach and kept my luggage over the bearth and went to washroom hardly for 3-5 minutes, when I came back my hand bag was not there I suppose to go to RPF but train is about to leave. That bag (Wild Craft Orange Color) carry one Samsung Galaxy Tablet, Charger, Calculator, Mobile Phone, reliance sim card with no.+917505533833 and other important official documents along with my driving license, which I require the most.
