! That’s TERRORIST THREAT, ABUSE, and HARRASSMENT!
March 2012, An Elderly American Consumer writes: “The [male “rep“] cursed, using names a sailor would find shocking. When asked for a supervisor, a different [male “rep”] asked us to repeat the curse words the first [scum] said- and began laughing and cussing worse than the first.
