stopped 4g service in one month despite of having 3 month recharge

hello my airtel mobile number is 9931086220, i have recharged this  @399 in which they gave me 86 GB data( 1 GB per day and unlimited call nationwide for 86 days.) now calling facility is still there but internet has stopped working. it is very difficult to connect to customer service personnel. once talked to them only to hear that it will three days,i have forwarded your complaint. i am still waiting for the solution it is more than a week.
i thought that with the advent of jio airtel will improve its service but nowadays it looks like it will be better to switch to jio. hope for the quick reply.
