I've been a loyal Kay consumer for over eight years. Recently I had the worst experience ever, I brought my rings in for repair, when I received a call that my rings were ready, I went to pick them up, to only find out that my bridal set was correct but my husbands band was wrong. Upon explaining this to the associate whom was very apologetic and stated that she never had this happen before, I then request to speak with manager which stated that the rings were indeed mines ,I explain that this ring doesn't look anything like our ring nor did it fit my husband finger. It wasn't until my husband flip the ring over the manager realize that the ring we brought in was 14kt not 10kt which he tried to give us. I was very furious, agitated and felt very disrespectful that this manager was so insensitive ,unapologetic and judgemental during and after finding out that the ring he was trying to give back to us was indeed wrong. I will never shop nor get my rings inspected/repair at the Kays jewelers at the south shore mall in Braintree, MA.
