Holding funds

There is no customer service. No live person to call or get help from. Square is bogus and a scam. They withdrew money out of my bank account and are holding it indefinitely. I have emailed countless times to request someone calls me and have not heard from anyone. BOGUS! The number they provide does not give you a live person...just a message directing you to their help menu on their website...BOGUS. DON'T USE SQUARE!!!
