This is a very reputable company "Trend Macro" that has excellent anti virus, interenet security suite, password manager programs. Long ago I used for years their free antivirus program, recommended by PC Magazine, I never had any problems with charges.. program they offered free was generous. I only stopped using it because my internet provider Comcast provides Norton as part of subscription. Perhaps fondthink you ordered or clicked online was associated, your credit card company should be able to determine the company that teceivrd oayment.
