Over charging my bill and no resolution

I got my bill from Sprint and was $50 higher than usual and I ask what was goin on so the rep. tells me i went over my anytime minutes.. I said what? No one even has phones anymore an i have unlimited cell to cell usage.
Lady had me over 1 hr then she tells me my phone is roaming an that's causing my anytime minutes to be used and why is it roaming in my own city then I spoke to an Engineer to check on the towers and he was going to call me back.
Never did of course so I call Sprint back a month later in regards to my new high bill and I get this idiotic supervisor because the agent was not understanding the situation and he tells me " IF YOU ARE USING YOUR MINUTES ROAMING BY MORE MINUTES"I said, why should I? I live in this City is not like I'm traveling to be roaming and then he said " That's just how it is " I said no it isn't... Then we got into verbal abuse and hang up .. I call back tech support and then same story I have to get screw by this company every month because my contract doesn't expire till April 2014 and can't move my service. This really sucks that you can't go somewhere else
Because they penalties you... If METRO PCS service wasn't such a garbage I would have stay with them at least you have the option of leaving if you don't like the service any more.
Worst thing I have to pay those high bills until I figure out what is going on because they (Sprint) won't

DON'T USE SPRINT THEY SUCK
